Booking policy
Reservations & Deposit
– A deposit of 50% of the total room cost is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
– The remaining balance, including any additional expenses incurred during the stay, is payable at check-out.
Cancellations
– Cancellations made more than 14 days (2 weeks) before the check-in date:
The deposit is fully refundable.
– Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date:
The deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Reservation Modifications
– Guests may modify their reservation (dates, room type, or other details) free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in.
– Modifications requested within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a modification fee and depend on availability.
